Colours and contrasts in the early morning shop run. The XE1 is small enough to take anywhere with me. That’s a HUGE advantage over modern SLRs.

This handsome boy has rediscovered his tower.
Geology pretty much stole the show. Crazy warped sandstone upthrusts in the early light. Millions of years and extraordinary pressures. And they’ll still be doing their thing when us meatbags are dust in the wind. Ok… so part of the nature of my insta for the time being is I only have telephoto lenses for this camera. And they’re all manual focus and I’m still getting used to everything so my ‘hit rate’ is not that great.
Tulip… Y u no open?
I did warn you…
Still playing with the XE1, natch. It’s old. But not as old as the last one I was using. So I don’t have to restrict it to bright daylight. This arm of the couch is Trinket’s current top fave evening spot.
