Curry

Internet was out all morning so made some pseudo naans to go with @withoutaleaf’s channa masala. Ended up a big lunch. They ain’t naans, but it’s close enough for corporations. I should make them more often.

I just wanted to visually record my first successful mutta roast - a Keralan egg curry - before I ate the leftovers for brunch. For some reason I was intimidated to make it although it’s actually really easy. Like a lot of not very Instagrammable brown food, it’s super tasty.

This is what you need if you want to make #Kashmir style #roganjosh. The #deep #red #chilli powder of that land.
