      <description>&lt;p&gt;The drought seems to be over, but we’re still getting our summer in July. It’s come to be a regular thing - the weather turns perfect for a fortnight in the middle of winter every year. Temperatures around 23 degrees (don’t know what that is in barbarian units) and glorious sunshine bathes our little cottage in Observatory.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
